21 AUG Long Long RUN!

Like i always say, the best way to pull thru a workout is to sleep thru it! And yes! i slept for 2hour 48min this morning! LOL! I din expect myself to go so long. I tot i would just add 10mins to the amount i clock last sunday and i did more than expected. HAHA!

Due to some event, i shifted my tuition to sunday so i am unable to join TeamHundredAndEighty over at ECP. I went out to test a new run road; run to MR, 1loop and back. So i go by Yio Chu Kang Rd, Upper Thomson Rd, turn in to Island Club Rd to MR. Did a loop and return on the same Rd back to hougang. I was quite worried as 2hours has lapsed when i exit Island Club Rd during the return journey. I was thinking, ' Wah Siao, still got about 10k to run, HOw sia ' .

With the ' sleep thru' mentality, i managed to reach home safely. HAHA! I was so de-hydrated, that i finished a 1.5L bottle within seconds. It was an awesome 'sleep'. I dreamt about monkeys, reservoir , hills, and some irritating cyclist. HAHA!. I shall do this road once every month.
