I watched that show for like at least 10 time. I watch it everytime i go my cousin house overnight when i was in secondary school, really brings back lots of memories. I can recites all the lines and dictates the story even with my eyes closed.
A pity that all the dialect and vulgarities are replaced with chinese which really spoils the humour. I really see no purpose in doing so. Look at the young kids, they are even more pro in dialect. The more u restrict them, the more rebellious they will be. Why not show it to them, and educate them.
Jack Neo's movies never fail to make you laugh at the same time make you tear. Most importantly, he always addresses topics that are closely related to the society. It is not just an epic comedy but 1 with substance that leaves you pondering about issues that are often neglected.
SO, just forgive him , to err is human, as long as he is remorseful and willing to change for a better, lets give him a chance.
