WOo! Did some work at 10k effort which is about 3:45/k pace and a couple of minutes at what is felt like race effort.
Felt great after the run, and i think i need to work on speed over shorter distance on my next workout.
Next few days is going to be easy with some accelerations over 100-150m.
Sunday run will be a good training; a 15km paced run with THOW WEE, looking forward to it.
